This guy is very rude. Don't come here; look for another option; you'll be fine. He knows you're in a bind, so he's rude and overcharges.

Terrible customer service. I came to buy one tire, and the employee quoted me $140. I simply asked to see the tire before paying, but he refused and rudely told me to leave. I had already carried my heavy wheel out of the car and brought it inside, but he still refused to help. How can you expect someone to buy a used tire without even seeing it? Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Update for the owner: The employee also picked up a metal bar and acted as if he wanted to hit me while telling me to leave. He cursed at me in Spanish, and I cursed back before leaving. I almost called the police, but it was a rainy night and I decided to walk away. I had used this shop before, but after this threatening and unprofessional behavior, I will never return and will warn my friends. Management should seriously reconsider these employeesβthey are destroying your business.

DO NOT GO HERE β WORST SHOP EVER I brought my BMW here after getting a flat tire. The tire only had a screw in it and didnβt need to be replacedβjust a simple patch that normally costs about $30. The mechanic (a heavier-set Spanish man) did not remove the tire properly and stripped the lug bolts and damaged the threading on the spindle. Instead of admitting there was a problem, he put my tire back on with only ONE bolt. The next day, while I was driving on the highway, my tire completely fell off on the Grand Central Parkway. I was stranded on the side of the highway from 11 AM to 11 PM before a tow truck finally arrived. I tried calling the shop multiple times for help, but no one answered the phoneβeven though they claim to be open 24 hours. In the end, I had no choice but to tow my car to Pep Boys for an inspection. They told me the last person who worked on the tire clearly did something wrong because that wheel had severe damage. Because of this, I had to pay $54 for a tow truck and $418 for new lug nuts and rethreadingβall from what should have been a simple tire patch. I went back to the shop to explain what happened and give them a chance to make things right. Instead,

9:40 PM with a flat tire, and somehow we found this place, it felt like Christmas magic. The Latino gentleman there was incredibly kind and honest. He barely spoke any English but helped us replace the tire with a good-condition used one for flat fee $85 (decent price for late night and close to Xmas), all in less than 10 minutes on a Saturday before Christmas. This is amazing and probably only happens in NYC with such hardworking people. Thank you to the shop for your help, I really appreciate it!

Had a flat tire because city streets are horrible the guys that was there said tire not fixable needs to be replaced came up with the price of $120 for a used tire wouldnβt go with dime cheaper because he knew had no options. I agreed to replace the tire which I know he did not balance the tire it says extra $10 for balance what a RIP OFF Stay away place is a rip off used tires usually go between $40-$80 tops and balancing of tires should be always included in price!!! When asked for receipt the guys says no guarantee on tires and no receipts given!!! Over all horrible price and customer service ridiculous!!!!! I have no clue how they got 4 star rating I would give them a ZERO if I could
